This project was developed to reduce the volume of customer service calls by empowering users to access the information and tools they need directly through a centralized portal. The platform was designed to intuitively guide users to their desired resources, delivering precise and timely information. By streamlining this process, the Help Center significantly improved user experience, saved customers valuable time, and enhanced overall operational efficiency.
Nurse2Nurse Staffing
As a Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB developer, I contributed to building a system that streamlined the matching process between businesses and potential workforce candidates, connecting over 500 nurses with 50+ hospitals. We automated job retrieval from various portals, categorizing opportunities based on specific requirements. The system intelligently matched these jobs with nurses’ specialties and sent automated emails, inviting them to proceed. This automation enhanced efficiency, reduced manual effort, and accelerated the application process for both healthcare providers and candidates, resulting in a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
